I been using shadow for a few months and I been dealing with my mouse sensitivity in games being extremely high. How do I go about changing that?

You can change mouse sensitivity in the mouse settings. Searching for mouse next to the start menu will get you there. If it is in general that is the best way to approach mouse sensitivity. If it is in a specific game only it might be worth investigating that particular game. For example Fallout games tend to really want to have vsync on, not something that would typically be recommended, but with those games its necessary.
