I recently had my shadow hosted access in the datacenter in Dallas Texas, then it was moved to a datacenter in California. I require my server in Texas for a multitude of reasons, namely the landmass center location.
These servers are most likely where they are instructed to be, on purpose. You gave us the option to put in a zip code of where we would like our server, but it’s been moved.
In California, it’s quite useless when attempting cross play using parsec. The location is terrible if you have friends from the east coast and live somewhere on the west coast.
My sincere apologies to hear that your Shadow has been migrated to a data center that is further away from you. At the moment, we do not have a data center in California, so you are potentially migrated to one of our different US data centers.
