So I have been using Shadow for awhile now and it has been great but this Thursday apparently my Shadow went belly up. Opened up a ticket on it and was told it needed to be escalated to maintenance. Well not a word from them to this day. I'm just wondering if there is a potential ETA on this issue, I have already had to cancel 2 planned streams due to this issue. Shadow has been stellar up until now, but this customer service is starting to worry me.
