My Shadow has been down for 3 days.

So I have been using Shadow for awhile now and it has been great but this Thursday apparently my Shadow went belly up. Opened up a ticket on it and was told it needed to be escalated to maintenance. Well not a word from them to this day. I'm just wondering if there is a potential ETA on this issue, I have already had to cancel 2 planned streams due to this issue.  Shadow has been stellar up until now, but this customer service is starting to worry me.

Santa Clara Datacenter? Im having same issue, really frustrating as the service is usually rock solid.

That would be the one, but I don't think it's an issue with the data server but mainly my particular shadow, when I click start shadow it doesn't even try, just immediately gives me the can't start shadow error. I hope yours clears up and doesn't require intervention because they will take their precious time to resolve the issue. Going on my 4th day of no service and not a single word from "support".

We are in strange times, which client are you using android? mac? windows? My most affected client now is android. 

Windows and Android, same result. But like I said it isn't intermittent, it's literally dead.

The team that works these issues should get to yours Monday morning. If not get back to support.

Click the question mark in the launcher, then click shutdown shadow and wait about 10 minutes.  Then start back up.  If that doesn’t work send in another ticket to support and say “Shadow won’t shutdown or start up” as the subject.
