My shadow is stuck on 'Choose your Keyboard layout'

Hello!
I’ve just started up my shadow and it had an update. The thing is, I am expected to ‘Choose a keyboard layout’ in Windows 10, however, I cannot access the window as it is only the preview window that is shown. I can’t reboot it either. Any ideas?
