When I got into my shadow it showed me a screen like I just installed Windows 10, but when I finished processing everything seemed normal with the games I installed. But when looking at bin, the shadow control panel disappeared, the one that was entered with the command "Win + Alr + o" but does not respond

We were discussing about this bug in the European Discord. Shadow team is aware about the issue.
It’s time to wait for the next update. If it’s a relevant issue for your Shadow manage you can try to install the alpha version for the Shadow client (considering the risks...).

Ha that's funny… so an update actually breaks forwarding controllers and joysticks: effectively breaking the use of every game in Shadow that is not keyboard & mouse. I literally only have MS Flight Simulator installed and that's now utterly useless.
I also tried using the Beta, but that's not working either… Where on earth would I find an Alpha version?

You must find the #alpha channel in the Discord server. Then, you must move into the fixed message and you will find the links and info for the alpha. There are some people with the same issues also in the alpha… Please, if you will try it, give us your feedback!
Alberto, I appreciate you trying to help, but I don't think going to an Alpha build is going to make a change. This just cannot happen in a production build where all of a sudden basic functionality breaks! Moreover I'm not sure whether it's an issue with the app or with my Shadow install. This all seems very strange….

Just trying to give you a “temporary” patch. I am also affected by the problem… I don’t know what kind of app testing they are doing before the update release… But it is not working properly for sure. Ok, a lot of different setups using Shadow but I thing that the bug is more or less general.
I hope they will release ASAP a hotfix!
EDIT: The beta released right now it is solving the problems from the last update.
Just saw the update in the Beta as well! So reinstalled the Beta and now all is working again!
