So i just got my shadow today and i started it up once then realized i wanted to enable something in settings so i completely shut it down and now its just not starting back up it says starting up gets half way then says shadow off
Question was how do i fix this?

You can use the ? button to force the Shadow to shutdown and try again, if that fails then please open a ticket.

I'm having the same issue! I'm in the New York section. Mine was activated this morning. I used it for most of the day. And tonight it's getting stuck at the same place yours is
