need help with sound

headset works fine on my local pc as soon as I log into my shadow the sound starts skipping not sure of the issue. any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of headset are they? How are you connecting? And is high quality audio on?

If the answer is yes to the last one, turn OFF high quality audio, that usually fixes a good chunk of audio issues.

Are you passing through the headset through the usb peripherals option? If so, turn that off, or reinstall the drivers on it so it can turn off. 

Does this issue also continue to happen on other audio devices? Like your native sound from your monitor, or speakers or anything of the sort?
