new to shadow

Hello I’m new to shadow had it about 5 days love it

i am running on 2500k 970 graphics card 8 mb ram internet is about 76mb and a ping of about 18

when turning in games the screen distorts in different areas is this normal 
 

do I need to upgrade processor or graphics card or have I got a setting wrong 

any help would be great
