On both my iPhone and my Mac, controllers not working

I use a Xbox One controller via bluetooth on my mac and a Razer Kishi on my iphone. On both, controllers are now no longer working in my shadow -- Shadow itself recognises both controllers, but no games actually seem to accept any input.

I too am having issues with Bluetooth controllers on Shadow since the update.  I tried the beta version as well but both my Ghost and Apple TV no controller I try works.

For controller stuff, I recommend contacting support.

I actually found my solution on the Reddit forms for Shadow.  Apparently in my almost two years of using Shadow have never had this issue but something must have happened in the update.  I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver and there was a Reddit post on how to do it.  Might not be the above user's problem but worth a shot.  It worked for me and now both the Shadow Ghost and Apple TV have Bluetooth controller support again.
