Order new Storage

Hi, Im using shadow for a full year now and since may 2019 im waiting for the opportunity to stock up my storage. for a full year im stuck with 250 gigs of storage and after the system and other essential programms i have around 170 gigs of space. thats ridiculous with game like rdr2. i had hopes for the release of shadow infinite which i preordered, to get the chance of buying some more space. But still no chance at all. Is this normal? im using the center in Amsterdam and my location is Germany.

yeah i guess so. the problem is that it is sold out for a full year right now and there is no end in sight. it sucks really hard. i even offered to buy a hard drive that would fit their criteria and send it to them for free, they declined my offer Friendly. i know its unusual but im desperate.

Unfortunately it isn’t as simple as just adding a drive. Shadow uses large arrays of disks in special storage servers or SANs. They have been doing their best to make storage available in both the US and Europe however at this scale it takes time. 

The storage used for Infinite is different than that that is used for added storage and so its not as simple as more storage means more additional storage. The US just got additional storage for the first time this year. Until there is more info from the devs on when more will be available, all we can hope is it will be soon.

I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) the Amsterdam data center is sold out of additional storage. Whether you’re on an annual or monthly plan you usually would be able to add/remove storage from your shadow on your account page.

I like to help whenever I can.
