Hello, I do not know if it is the place but I cannot find where they can help me with urgent support, I already contacted the page, by discord, and even so I do not get an answer, I've been trying to solve the problem for more than 24 hours, what happens is that the update bar never ends, I even wait up to 7 hours and it does not work, I did what the comment posted in discord says for that kind of problems and it does not work for me, I did the formatting from the page and it does not work, there is only someone left to help me, but no one helps me, I'm wasting hours and I don't know what to do …

Please create a ticket via your account page and an agent will get to you as soon as they are able. I noticed it has been a few days, has this issue been resolved?

Hello, I tried many times, and never received an answer, I lost 8 days of the service for which I paid, I felt stolen and ignored

Did you try this?

If for any reason a Shadow Client update gets stuck on 0% (Windows only) 1. Uninstall Shadow 2. Go to the your %appdata% folder (Windows search '%appdata%') and delete all 'Shadow'-related folders 3. Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow 4. Restart your computer 5. Download and install Shadow again at https://account.shadow.tech/apps (choose Applications on the left)
