I changed the ipv4 settings of shadow by inserting 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 is a google DNS, since I did it it doesn't connect me anymore.Can someone help me?

Since you changed the connection settings on Shadow, you might need to factory reset it to regain access. I suggest checking in with out Support Team to see if they are able to do anything first before factory resetting. You can reach them by submitting a ticket from your account page.
