Microsoft has discontinued windows 7 support in 2020 and as a consequence shadow has dropped windows 7 support. So to regain access to shadow on your PC you need to upgrade to to the latest windows version. I would also like to add that sometimes your hardware could also stop being able to work with Shadow if it is too old (even if it has worked in the past).
