Happens on any device, so i assume its shadow thats the problem, ranging from my samsung android, to my HP with intel integrated and one with my HP with AMD integrated
Refresh rate defaults to 250 Hz ?

Is the monitor being used on the HP PC(s) a 240Hz display, and do you see that refresh rate locally? As I believe the Shadow session is picking up (and matching) those settings.
