Does anyone know a reliable way to get good consistent resolution mine drops so low it is unplayable and its not because of my internet my speed is 3 times the cap for the application.

What is your internet speed exactly? And, what bandwidth in the Shadow app are you running at? If its 3x the cap, put it on 50mb/s and it should be consistent.

This would likely be because of some connection instability somewhere unless you’re trying to run some super high resolution. With a full 70mb/s connection (and assuming you’re actually getting that at the device) you should be able to run any resolution without artifacting.
Run a speedtest from that device and see what it is actually getting when you’re seeing the resolution problems see if its actually what you think.
