Hello, in first i'm sorry for m'y english, i'm french.

I Want to use my Saitake STK-7007F on Android Shadow app, but i can't use it.

Anyonesomeone would have a solution or a tutorial to advise me ?

You can try using this to see if it works: How to Connect a Controller on Shadow – Shadow - Support (EN) but more advanced gamepads may not work perfectly with Shadow at this time.
