I wasn’t able to find a user guide for the iPhone/iPad apps, so apologies for what might be a very obvious question - how do I scroll through a window (Steam library, etc) via iPad? I tried two-finger scrolling like on a trackpad, but no luck. Thanks in advance!

Trackpad scrolling doesn’t work for now and I doubt it will before iOS14.
In the meantime you can use an external mouse if you are on iOS13.4+ and the latest iOS Shadow client.
