Hello Shadow-Team I do see this message and tried two different browsers.
I tried all clients and different browsers and PCs.
Chrome and EDGE but always get this message. I also reinstalled the app.

As of February 4, 2022, 7:42PM UTC, the issue is resolved on our desktop launchers (Windows, macOS, and Linux). You'll need to be on our latest launcher to for the fix to be applied. In order to update your launcher, please close it and relaunch it. The application will then check for an available update and will perform it. If it does not update, you may need 1 or 2 retries with 30 seconds of space between each try.
As of February 4, 2022, 10:33PM UTC, the issue is still being monitored and looked into for the mobile apps (Android and iOS) and for the Shadow Ghost and Box. Once we have more information, we'll be sure to post that on our status page.
Do we get some sort of compensation für the down time now?
A free month of shadow subscription for example?
I also want to mention, that my games sometimes just quit for no reason, maybe to much CPU usage. This is also really disappointing.
