Description of issue

I am unable to log into the client via Mobile or Windows Desktop client starting this morning. I used both devices yesterday to log in and both worked on the same network / setup as they are today. The desktop client gives an error (screenshot below). The mobile client just sits at the Username/Password screen with the “Log In” button just circling as if its loading is hung. Are there any known login issues occurring right now with the Dallas Datacenter?

Please provide a screenshot of your shadow stats (Alt+Win+O). Also make sure it captures a timeframe when the issue has happened.
