Shadow Client: "Your Shadow Is Currently Unavailable"

    • Mobile: Pixel 3 XL

  • Local device GPU

    • Laptop: Intel UHD Graphics 620  (Surface Pro 5)

    • Mobile: Pixel 3 XL

  • Datacenter location (check status.shadow.tech)

    • Dallas, TX

  • Connection speed (Datacenter speed tests EU: Paris | AMS or US: CA | TX |CH | NY)

    • 37 Mb/s

  • Description of issue

    • I am unable to log into the client via Mobile or Windows Desktop client starting this morning.  I used both devices yesterday to log in and both worked on the same network / setup as they are today.  The desktop client gives an error (screenshot below).  The mobile client just sits at the Username/Password screen with the “Log In” button just circling as if its loading is hung.  Are there any known login issues occurring right now with the Dallas Datacenter?

  • Did you take any action(s) which could have created this problem? If so, what?

    • None, no changes were made to the laptop or mobile device between today and yesterday when it was last known to have been working.

  • Do you recall any action(s) you took after it happened?

    • None

  • Do you use a VPN and/or antivirus?

    • No

  • Please provide a screenshot of your shadow stats (Alt+Win+O). Also make sure it captures a timeframe when the issue has happened.

    • I am unable to log into Shadow to collect any of these metrics.
