Shadow computer freezes

Hello! Your Shadow  computer freezes all the time no matter what I do. Even at startup. I have to restart and turn it off every time and it freezes again. 
The picture becomes static and nothing can be done. Nothing responds to any keyboard mouse actions!!!!!! And I constantly get an error U-103. 
To restart Shadow You have to constantly turn it off through the task manager. We need to do something, because it makes no sense to renew the subscription like that!!

er hat dass problem doch beschrieben so ist mein problem das selbe… wir zahlen hier geld dafür unjd es wird nicht darauf reagiert nur eine detalierte beschreibung abgeben und es passiert weiterhin nicht, man bekommt keinerlei kompetente antwort und hilfen….. was los beiu euch

When switches sound quality freeze. Launcher itself does not close, you have to close it through the task manager. Can freeze at any time. Video drivers often crash. In general, things got worse.
