Shadow doesn´t start and stay off


I am trying to connect with Shadow since yesterday all the time after clicking  Start it showed “Connecting to Shadow” and the main dashboard says “Shadow is off, Start Again”,  all the time without error message. I try to do hard reset by removing all data still same issue.  I have tried Beta version same issue.

I would like to know if there is currently some  maintenance going on since yesterday in Europe side? Any solution how to get it work?

Issue was not related to my HW or SW side but from Amsterdam server. It is solved now.  Discussion can be closed now.

There seems to be an issue in the Amsterdam datacenter. What country are you from? 
Best would be opening a support ticket via your account page. Make sure to describe your issue as good as possible. Sadly nothing we can do about it. 

If you are not in the Amsterdam datacenter (German and Dutch shadows are located there) you should create a ticket aswell.
