Shadow first startup problem

Hi,

This morning i received an email about my Shadow being ready for use.
So i start shadow, it tests my latency and ping etc etc. Everything is fine.
It start updating and at 100% he said ‘restarting shadow...’ but after 1h, it was still ‘restarting shadow...’.
So i closed the shadow app, start shadow again and now im stuck on this screen for like 30 minutes and it wont change. (cant start shadow either)

Is there a solution at my side i can do or is there a ‘problem’ at your side Shadow?
