Shadow freezes up when tabbing out of games

Sometimes when tabbing out of a games my shadow completely freezes up, i can still hear sound but mouse won’t move or anything, I’ve had shadow freeze up on just opening a game to but much rarer.

not only tabbing out. try install new graphics driver or only try to start destiny… atm im verry saltet it keeps doing this since 2 Days

its been happening since a few days ago aswell, support is trying to say its my internet, I don’t think it is.

.

In this way the support doesn't know how to deal with that.

It's not the Internet! Shafow completle crashes into blackscreen and when you close the launcher, reopen it says ,,windows crashes into bluescreen,, so the user Internet crashes windows into. Bluescreen?... 

It's the same thing, when im say. Oh mit Internet connection is shut down bcs my bread felt on the ground…

Right und both ways there is no sense!
