Shadow freezes while booting

Hi.

  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

  • Shadow Client: Official (not Beta, not Alpha)

  • CPU: GTX 970

  • GPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

  • Datacenter location: Amsterdam for Germany

  • Description of issue: My Shadow Boost is freezing in the booting screen. I reinstalled it already 3 or 4 times and its again and again the same issue. 

  • Date when the problem appeared: From the 31.10.2020 like 5 days before

  • Did you take any action(s) which could have created this problem?: Maybe the reinstallation of my Shadow. 

  • Do you recall any action(s) you took after it happened?: Yes, updating my GPU drivers.

  • Do you use a VPN and/or antivirus?: Perfect Privacy, but not running while playing.

Contact the support team. Something is preventing the video stream to be sent your way.
Could be the VPN.

Where are you using the VPN? Have you tried 5 bandwidth, prefer speed or prefer reliability? Display safe mode? A different launcher, like beta or alpha?

I use the VPN on my root computer, not on the Shadow. I also have already reinstalled my OS. Nothing works. Display safe mode also. Shadow Beta doesnt help.

Is it still an issue? Are you able to try Shadow from any other device, like your phone?
