I have found out that they are going to migrate the servers from Paris to another place in France and Germany. I live in Madrid and use the Paris server. With this migration I will no longer be able to use the service?

I wouldn’t worry about it. 
You should still be able to use the service but latency might be impacted slightly, for better or for worse.
