today, for the last 5hrs, i can’t acces shdow. it just chrashes on the launcher screen with the error L200 / 500.
please help

That error does usually occur when your data is being migrated to a different storage server. I suggest creating a support ticket via your account page https://shdw.me/account → support if the issue does hold on for longer than 12 hours.
