Hi. When it’s at step 3 you could try to go to ‘?’ and then hit ‘shutdown Shadow’. Please do this and then close the launcher directly. Now wait at least 10 minutes and then start the launcher again.
You should click the ?, Click shutdown, wait 15 minutes and start again
