you can try shutting down your shadow via the “?” in your quick menu, close the launcher, wait 30min and start again. If your issue is not fixed, you will have to contact shadow customer support via your account page https://shdw.me/account → Support and describe your issue. It is pretty easy for them to fix it, which is why it should not take that long.
