shadow not working on all devices

I’ve tried for the last week to log onto shadow but I keep getting this all most there screen. 
Internet is fine just no shadow 😩


Can anyone help?

Try shutting down your Shadow and restarting from the client. You can access that option by going to the help "?" icon, which you will then see an option to shut down Shadow. This should turn your Shadow off completely, after doing so, please wait about 10 minutes before starting your Shadow again.

Hi I can’t access my shadow from any of my devices and I’ve had this issue for several days.

I have tried shutting down the shadow and waiting ten minutes.  I’ve also tried restarting the shadow.  So far nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks.
