shadow pc making an irritating noise!!

hi folks i have been having this issue plague me for a while now. my shadow keeps on making like what i can describe as a notification noise. the thing is nothing pops up and i cannot find where this noise is coming from. i have checked my local pc and disabled my notifications i have done the same on my shadow one. this noise is intermittent and makes gaming difficult.

 

i managed to get a recording of the sound so that the tech team could hear it. if any1 can help with this extremely frustrating noise i would appreciate it.
