Does anyone know if creating a new shadow account and and getting a new shadow might work??

Hey @TashaSky, a fix for the boot loop issue has been deployed. Please try launching Shadow again at your earliest convenience.

Yes my shadow has been down since Tuesday morning.. and no unfortunately support mentioned creating a new account will only make the situation worse.. check out the maintenance site https://status.shadow.tech hopefully this helps.
