Shadow stuck on BIOS screen

Hi

Since morning my shadow is stuck on a BIOS screen and its not moving forward form it.

I have tried turning off multiple times but it didn’t work.

Please help me.

So when you say BIOS screen do you mean the window opens to your VM or it gets stuck in “starting shadow”?

Send a mail to the Support. They will answer quickly. I had the same Problem.

Did you ended up finding a solution? Or did you just wait for them to act on this for you?
