I’ve been trying to access my shadow for 48 hours now and it's stuck in a loop. I’ve tried all the tips I found for the workaround but Shadow won’t fully shut down. Every time I shut down it says “Shutting Down” it never makes it and starts automatically “Starting Shadow” again. I’ve submitted a support ticket but still no help from shadow yet. Any help would be appreciated!
