Shadow stuck on Startup

  • Shadow Client Version - Official

  • Local device CPU - 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7

  • Local device GPU - Radeon Pro 555X 4 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

  • Datacenter location - Chicago

  • Connection speed - 400 mbps

  • Description of issue - My shadow won’t boot up. Stuck on loading. Been using all day not sure why it won’t work now? Just started happening.

  • I do not use VPN or anything, it usually works.

Try going to the ‘?’ help icon on your Shadow client. Then turn off your shadow and wait about 30 minutes before closing the client. IT’S CRITICAL TO NOT CLOSE YOUR SHADOW CLIENT. After the 30 minutes is up, re-open your Shadow client and it should re-establish a connection to your Shadow PC. After that try running Shadow again and hopefully it’ll work like new.
