I upgraded to shadow ultra today, got an email earlier that it was ready.
I restarted my windows, and the config looks to be the same other than 16g ram, am i missing something?

You should have:
GPU: Quadro RTX 5000 (GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER Equiv.) VRAM: 16 GB CPU: Intel Xeon W-3235 Processor CPU Clock Speed: 3.3 GHz @ 4 cores - Turbo to 4 GHz RAM: 16 GB Storage: 512 GB
If that doesn’t match you’ll have to shut down your shadow via the “?” in your launcher, close the launcher, wait 30 minutes and start it again. If it doesn’t work after that, you should consider contacting support via the “help” button in your shadow web-panel https://sso.shadow.tech
