Everytime I try and Subscribe to Shadow ultra I get an erro that says “Oops something happened please try again later” I have submitted a TT and it has gone well over a month and they still have not replied. They said they escalated it to the engineers but I have heard nothing. So I figured I would ask here to see if anyone else was having the same issues with their account or knew how to fix it. I have tried clearing cache...I have tried doing the subscription in different browsers and even in incognito mode. no go.

Shadow support is the only one who can help you. Please let them know via the original ticket that you still don't have access to upgrades still.

oh I have and all they can say is they have escalated. I even asked if they could manually update my account. and they said no. its just frustrating. I am wondering as well if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I wish I could chat with someone directly and not send emails back and forth that take so long.
