hi everyone, i need a little help with shadow vr login. I just subscribed to shadow and was wondering why shadow vr isnt accepting my login information. I tried several times, but it only says “login failed.” even tried changing my password, but still the same result. is it because my subscription isnt activated yet?

If you just signed up it is possible the shadow VM isn’t activated yet. Have you gotten a Email saying your shadow VM has been activated? If not this is why. Your logins are correct. To check try to login to the website. If that works just wait for that activation email.
