I recently activated my shadow and it was great for the first week. Now the streaming sucks and the image is distorted and freezes. I am very disappointed. :C I now can not run any of my games and this really sucks. If this is not fixed i will cancel this service.

Switch to wireless and give it a shot. If its stable, contact support. You may have gotten a defective ethernet port on the Ghost.
I do not have a ghost. I am using wireless on a gaming laptop that is ten feet away from the router. it was working just fine before. same settings.
Well… I had my Bandwidth at 70mbps originally. It was fine. So i thought somehow that my bandwidth to the shadow server had somehow been capped or limited. I guess my ISP could do this and i will inquire about it. But i lowered the bandwidth to 10mbps and it works fine! So my bandwidth went down 60mbps in one night?! Funny… but my internet speeds of upload and download has stayed the same as rated by Ookla. So it is not my ISP? I do not know what to think.
Well i drastically lowered my bandwidth in the settings and that worked i guess. I still feel that something is wrong though because it was working so well before. Oh well… Thank you for helping.

Nice work troubleshooting on your own. Since you basically solved your own question. Can you let others know that this issue has been resolved? If anyone else has this issue, they’ll see it immediately underneath the question being asked. Good work!

Your issue is routing and congestion issues and might also be your isp throttling your connection too. You can try restarting your router and seeing if you can use a higher bandwidth setting.

Who is your ISP? Some have data caps.

If you're on wireless then if suggest connecting via ethernet and testing. Wireless can be fickle at different times depending on local interference. You're laptop may have also switched to 2.4ghz instead of using 5ghz which will force a radical bandwidth drop and introduce interference.
