Shadow website not working

I’m trying to subscribe to the shadow service, but there seems to be something wrong, the website gives and error every time i try do subscribe.


Addition to that, when I try to enter my account, the screen is stuck in a loading screen. if I “f12” the website and view the console, there is an error 404.


Am I the only one who experience this?

(quick note: have tried from multiple accounts, networks and devices, but the problem won’t go away)

(quick note 2: I am located in Europe)

I'm having this same exact issue! Can't subscribe due to an error saying "An error occurred saving your billing information, please try again later."


And when clicking on go to my account, it's just keep loading for ever!


Tried from multiple accounts, browsers, and computers!

Can you try creating a new account under a different email?

I have the same issue, I first encountered it two weeks ago. I have talked with support but no updates as of yet.


I’m also in EU, seems to be several problems with their website.

This is still an issue. It’s impossible to start a subscription :(

I cannot subscribe either. Trying to register in Sweden. Getting the saving billing info error, cannot get further.

I’m having the exact same issue. Both with existing and with new user account I simply unable to get past the billing address step in the order process, and get the same error message as mentioned here. Please help.

I just randomly tried this again yesterday and it worked so I’d recommend trying again!
