I was wondering if there’s a possibility of getting the Shadow app in a ZIP file?
I want to use Shadow on my work laptop, which has blocked installing any executable files.

There is no ZIP download available for the Shadow applications, sorry. A web client is planned for the future, but there is no ETA on that yet.
