Shadow Windows resolution selection incorrect

Hello,

Issue/Describe the bug
When I run shadow on an external monitor (2560x1440) in windows, the resolution selection keep setting my resolution back to 1920x1080 on my shadow. While local the monitor still have 2560x1440
