So I went to turn on shadow and it starts normally, until it gets to step three or just stops the start up entirely. Kinda getting a little mad. I have shut it down for more than 30 minutes and it still won’t start up.
I haven’t updated to Windows build 2004 (Atleast I don’t think I did)

Found out it was an Emergency fix in the TX DC, I'm sorry if this was not the case.

Have you tried to launch it on a secondary device eg phone
use the setting manual bandwidth at 5mbit
and low connection mode (h265 codec) off.
