My ShadowPC is not loading. I can see many threads with same issue that have been going on for weeks. Last time this happened to me it was also like 10 days. I am scared that its going to be that long again.
Is there any concrete way to get support from ShadowPC on this. These forum post never really seem to go anywhere and the same goes for the ticket system. Anyone else had any luck with other approaches? It always feel like you just have to lump it until they get around to fixing - Be that days, weeks, or months. and they never refund or compensate you for it. I guess the answer is cancel but ive yet to find a better alternative. If only GFN had World of Warcraft available.
Ok nevermind - mines back up. I may need to learn some patience. Sorry to all people having extended trouble. My question is still valid though. Anyone found a better way then ticket/forum post?
