When I start to play a game almost every time the sound is very badly distorted,making the game unplayable,to correct this I have to restart Windows and reload the the game,once this is done the sound is perfect,not the end of the world but a bit annoying,anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?Cheers.

Try lowering your bandwidth to 5, see if the issue continues. Connect to your router with ethernet.
I have same issue. Boost is wired connected. For example: Minecraft java and Minecraft Windows 10 version both have sound issues. I use the Launcher beta version, and I tried with and without hd audio. Internet connection is broadband.
