I upgraded for more storage today. all day I waited for it to be installed and could not open up shadow. well I was able to connect shadow now but the storage still has not installed or is even showing up on the shadow application. just confused right now

if the storage doesn’t show up in Disk Management (you should see 2 disks), open a support ticket ;)
