The cut Screen problem

I have a problem with the screen of shadow, i do not know what is the problem, i have a black line of pixels around the screen of shadow, i tried un beta app and official and i cant fix it

It’s definitely strange, and doesn’t seem to be coming from Windows (notably your CTRL+ALT+DEL screen is showing the bottom-right icons cut off).

Do you have the same borders if you go in fullscreen mode via WIN+ALT+F ?

That’s definitely strange...looks like a secondary display with no taskbar and such.

Did you install any utilities that change the Windows display behavior?

What happens when you sign out and back in to the VM? Pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL should give you a mechanism to sign out; BUT, you’ll also get that screen on your local Windows computer too, so you’ll need to click the Cancel button to get out of that first.

I dont install any utilitie in windows, and when i sign out its the same problem.

Please right-click on the desktop background, and then click “Display settings” and then take a screenshot of that.

yes i have the same borders, i think that is the streaming of shadow to windows, before update this see all screen and actually not

and i know its not windows because i cant see the bottons but i can use it

Yes, I agree - it’s definitely strange and defies logical explanation.

Another option would be to try the alpha client, although that carries a bit of risk.

Do you have another computer you can try the Shadow client on, just for comparison?

You may want to engage Blade support on it, as they may have other ideas. I’m certainly curious on what’s causing it.

How can i use shadow Alpha?

I try un another computer am i dont have any problem

oh, i contact support yet and they dont give me solutions yet, i tried alpha and doesnt work, and unistall and install the other versions but the problem persist

In a using windows *64 bits, and i have the problem in all launchers, i am using a intel xeon e5-2689 with a rx 460 2gb and its works before the last two updates, my data center is in france, my connection is 108mbs of download, 30mbs of upload, and 30 of latency. My problem is that black borders around the screen, i cant see windows botton, taskbar for example, but i can use it.

The problem appear three days ago, i didnt install anything in my pc, i have windows defender and i dont have any vpn install

i dont have a screenshot when the issue was, nut i have the same problem right now
