Basically the description. I’ve installed a program on the Beta version of the shadow Pc app, but now it won’t install.
I did a full reset and am still receiving this error. Even after the full reset, I’m still showing logs for Overwatch in my documents.
Really need this fixed.
I’ve attached pictures of the error code, and some things in event viewer, showing Shadow’s slue of errors displayed.

Yes, for this particular case, I’d recommend reaching out to support through your Account Page: https://account.shadow.tech/ to see if they can assist you further if the full reset didn’t work.
I believe you’re going to need to engage Blade support via a ticket...they don’t monitor these forums AFAIK.
