Update
Switching to Shadow Beta resolved the issue for me.
Issue
My USB controller is being detected but clicking the checkbox does nothing. Occasionally it briefly flickers a loading indicator, but remains unchecked. This was working just a few days ago and I have not had any changes to my operating system or other hardware / software.
Resolution Attempts
I have tried 1) uninstalling and reinstalling the USB drivers and 2) deleting and re-downloading the Shadow build and unfortunately the problem persists. I’m wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and what steps might I try to get the controller working again. Thank you!
