Hey so I was trying to install Back 4 Blood on my Shadow PC and I wasn’t able to, from my understanding I need to make a partition on the C drive in order to do so. I’m following a reddit post from a year ago and it is not allowing me to? Is this a futile effort or am I doing something wrong?

If you have had your shadow for a long time then you may be on the old hard drive block allocation size of 16kb vs what ms games pass wants which is 4K. If you reset your shadow and select manual setup (NOT Game READY). Then your shadow will be in the 4K sector allocation size and you will have no issues installing the game.
