I am unable to launch Shadow. Shadow gives the following update screen :
When I press the Orange button, it flashes to the update progress bar for a second or so, then flips back to this screen.
There is no error message displayed.
I have tried to reset my Shadow - better than nothing - but this fails also. I get through to the password screen then it reports an error :
I contacted technical support 24 hours ago, but no joy to date. They have just said “be patient” - mentioned that my Shadow was under maintenance.
Not sure where to go next…
...apart from - has anyone seen this before and resolved?
